How to Order Online
We accept orders via e-mail for those people without Internet access.
If you have Internet access, please visit our secure online shopping catalog . For more information about our on-line catalog and the ordering procedure, please visit our Shop at Home Page.
All on-line catalog and e-mail orders will be sent an e-mail confirmation message.
If you placed an order via e-mail and you do not hear from us within 24 working hours (please allow extra time for weekends), please double-check that you have our address correct, that your mailbox is not full, that you typed your e-mail address correctly and send us your order again.
  • If you are a current customer - we need your name, customer number, the last 4 digits of the credit card we have on file (please be sure the card is current) and the items you wish to order (please include all information, for example - the size and style: A (stapled), B (glued) or C (dovetailed) for the "D" handles).
  • If you are not a current customer - we need your name, address, telephone number, credit card numbers, expiration, the name on the card (if you do not want to send your credit card numbers via e-mail, please call us at (610) 756-6124 to place your first order) and the items you wish to order (please include all information, for example - the size (first measurement listed) and Oak or Ash for "U" shaped handles).
  • For UPS ground delivery shipments, please allow 2–6 business days. For faster service Three Day Select, Two Day Air and Next Day Air deliveries are available at an additional charge (determined by UPS).
  • Please be sure to include your post office box number if you have one. We will ship the cheapest way—UPS or Priority Mail. Please let us know if you do not want your package shipped by one carrier or the other.
