• All ordering and checkout pages are secure for your protection. Make sure your browser is configured to accept cookies in order to hold the items entered in your shopping cart.
  
• This is a NEW on-line catalog (as of June 2005). If you have not ordered on-line since 6/20/2005, you must enter all of your shipping and payment information and choose a password and ID. The on-line catalog data base is different from our data base here at the shop where we process your orders.
  At this time, the credit card information entered into the on-line catalog will not be saved. You will need to enter the card information each time you order.
  
• Do not try to log in if this is your first on-line order with our company. When you check out, you will be able to insert your Customer Number (if you have one) and register your information or shop as a guest. If you register as a guest, your information will not be saved. You will have to re-enter your information each time you shop.
• After you use this on-line catalog for the first time, returning customers will be able to log in with their user name and password and find your saved information.
• To start shopping:
  1. Browse the Shopping Category links to view products.
  2. Use the keyword search to find a specific item, type of pattern or book containing the word entered in the search box or use the search box to find patterns written by a particular author.
  3. To see a picture, read more about a product, or to purchse the product, please click on the underlined name of the item.
• When you locate an item you wish to purchase:
  1. Enter a quantity in the white box (or click on the arrow to the right of the box to increase the quantity, left arrow to decrese the quantity) and click the "ADD TO CART" button to the right of the item.
  2. Your purchase will be entered into your cart and you will be able to view this imediately. The screen will "blink" and return you to the same item screen that you were on when you clicked the "ADD TO CART" button (with the quantity box back to "1"), look in the left column for the Items in your Cart: & Current Subtotal: information on the upper left hand corner of your screen. To actually view your cart items or change quanties or delete an item, you must click on the "View Cart" button.
     Every time you click on the "ADD TO CART" button, that item will be added to your cart.
  3. Remember that if you are ordering pre-woven cane, the quantity in the Items in your Cart: will be the number of inches that you placed in your Quantity Box. So ordering 14" of pre-woven cane will show as a Quantity of 14 items.
  4. If you would like to change the quantity or delete an item, please click on the "View Cart" button in the left column.
  5. The catalog will not allow you to order items marked as “Out of Stock”. They will not be back ordered due to unreliability of suppliers’ delivery times.
• When you are finished shopping, complete your order by clicking the Proceed to Checkout button in the upper left column.
  Fill in all required areas.
  The system will not accept dashes (-) in credit card number or slash (/) in expiration date. You will NOT be able to check out if you include these symbols. Penny differences may occur as a result of rounding.
  Please supply your post office box number if applicable as well as your street address. We will ship the cheapest way—UPS or Priority Mail.
• IF YOU ARE PA TAX EXEMPT: Mail or FAX us a completed copy of PA Blanket exemption form 1220 (they are sent in tax packages for you to copy and use). If you do not have one, you can obtain one by calling 1-888-728-2937 or 717-772-9739 or download the form at http://www.revenue.state.pa.us/. Until we receive this signed form, we will have to charge PA state sales tax on the total of merchandise and shipping charges.

• Please make a note of your password for future orders.
  
• If you do not receive an automated e-mail confirmation within a few minutes, the e-mail address used on your order was either invalid or incomplete. Please check the information that you entered to see if the e-mail address was typed correctly. If your e-mail address was entered incorrectly, you will NOT receive a confirmation e-mail with your total charge and shipping information. You can log in and select "Order Tracking" to view your information.
• If you have forgetten your password, go to the log-in and click on the "Forgot your Password" link. Your password will be e-mailed to you immediately if your email address matches what has already been submitted.

Credit card orders, which are declined, will be held, retried each day and shipped upon approval. After 3 days, we will contact you via e-mail for an alternate payment method.

To pay by check or money order: complete your order and select this option on the check out and mail us your payment along with a print out of the order. Remember to include the appropriate Shipping Charges or your order will be delayed until this is received.

Please note: There is a $20.00 service charge for returned checks.

To use a gift certificate:
Select this option on the check out and be sure to include your credit card information if the amount of your order, plus shipping, exceeds the amount of the certificate.

To estimate UPS delivery time, go to the UPS web site and enter Kempton PA 19529 as origin at top of form, your city, state and zip as destination. Bottom part of form not required. Then click "calculate" to see when to expect your package to arrive. We generally ship UPS Ground unless other service is requested (we can not ship FedEx).

Due to the fact that we charge you "Actual Cost" of shipping only, you will not be able to "calculate shipping". Your shipping charges are determined by the final weight of your package. We do not add any extra fees, you are charged only what UPS or USPS charges us.
