Approximately 1-1/2" wide by approximately 58" long.
Shades of mottled pale gray/green with bits of yellowish/natural stripe.
Plaid wool that has been washed to felt the wool and then ripped into strips.
Made for the Felted Wool Feather Trees but a fantastic weaving accent!
Use as a "ribbon" in a flat reed basket or a weaver in ribbed baskets.
May be ripped into thinner strips for weaving.
Q - How many strips do I need to make a tree?
A -
18” Tree = approximately 5 –6 stripes of wool
2 Foot Tree = approximately 9 – 10 stripes of wool
4 Foot Tree = approximately 20 – 22 stripes of wool
