Handle has a small drilled hole at each end for a nail or screw, the hole is approximately 1/8" wide.
Sold individually.
 
Sometimes called a Nantucket handle and attached with solid wood ears, rivet or nut and bolt.

All wooden handles require some degree of sanding.
