3/8" wide flat oval reed.
Flat on one side and gently rounded on the other.
Thinner cut pieces are used for weaving backpacks, laundry and other sturdy baskets and may also be used as spokes for quivers and laundry baskets.
Thicker cut pieces are used for rims.
Approximately 175 feet per one pound coil.
Coils are made up of multiple pieces of varying lengths.

If you are using the 3/8" Flat Oval for weaving the sides of a basket (ex. backpacks), please specify "thin for weaving" in the comments section during checkout and we will do our best to choose a coil with thinner cut pieces.
